Cardio
Endurance is the backbone to overall health and wellness. Our high energy cardio sessions utilize rowers and spin bikes as well as functional exercises. Low impact high intensity intervals improve fitness, increase stamina, and maximize calorie burn. A total body, heart pumping, conditioning workout. After a 5 minute warm up, we have four working modules that will alternate between cardio equipment and floor work. We conclude with a 5 minute cooldown to promote recovery and pre-workout levels.
